ACT 2 Health does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for third-party content or practices except to the extent required by law.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other provisions that by their nature continue after access ends.

A healthcare professional may separately modify or end a treatment relationship based on clinical judgment, patient safety, professional obligations, lack of required monitoring, or applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and non-clinical platform features are provided on an “as available” basis. ACT 2 Health does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, delivery within a particular timeframe, eligibility for care, prescription of a medication, availability of a product, or a particular health result. Individual responses to treatment vary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, duties, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
