Injection Tutorial
Prepare Your Environment
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all necessary supplies on a clean, flat surface. Always store your active peptide vials in the refrigerator when not in use to preserve compound stability.
Select and Clean the Injection Site
Carefully inspect your chosen site to ensure the skin is free of bruising, irritation, swelling, or hardness. Cleanse the skin thoroughly with a fresh alcohol wipe and allow it to air-dry completely. Rotate your injection sites with each dose to prevent tissue scarring and localized irritation.
Verify Your Prescription
Examine the vial label carefully to confirm the correct medication name, your prescribed dosage strength, and the expiration date. Sterile safety is paramount. Never reuse a needle; always open a brand-new, medical-grade syringe for every injection.
Draw Your Precise Dose
Sanitize the rubber stopper on top of the vial with a fresh alcohol wipe. Invert the vial so it faces downward, insert the needle straight through the center of the stopper, and slowly draw back the plunger until the fluid aligns exactly with your prescribed dosage line.
Expel Air Bubbles
Turn the syringe right-side up (needle pointing upward) and gently tap the side of the barrel to force any trapped air bubbles to the top of the chamber. Depress the plunger slightly to expel the air until a tiny droplet of fluid appears at the tip of the needle.
Administer the Injection
Hold the syringe like a dart. Depending on your specific protocol, insert the needle smoothly into the prepared skin site. Refer to the section below to confirm whether your specific peptide requires a Subcutaneous (fat layer) or Intramuscular (muscle layer) administration.
Deliver the Medication
Depress the plunger slowly and steadily, maintaining a smooth downward pressure until the entire volume of medication has been delivered and the plunger is fully compressed.
Safe Removal and Aftercare
Withdraw the needle cleanly at the same angle it was inserted. Apply firm pressure to the injection site with a clean cotton pad or sterile gauze for a few seconds. Immediately discard the used syringe into an approved sharps container or puncture-safe disposal bag.

Subcutaneous (SubQ) Injections
For SubQ injections, gently pinch the skin to create a small fold, then insert the needle at a 45-degree angle into the fatty tissue.
Needle Type: 30G/31G syringe (shorter needle)
Used for: All peptides except those listed below for IM injections.
Common Injection Sites:
- Abdomen (away from the navel)
- Upper outer thigh
- Upper glute area
- Back of the upper arm

Intramuscular (IM) Injections
For IM injections, stretch the skin taut with your non-dominant hand and insert the needle at a 90-degree angle into the muscle.
Needle Type: 28G/29G syringe (longer needle)
Used for: NAD+, Testosterone
Common Injection Sites:
- Upper deltoid (shoulder muscle)
- Upper glute (buttock)
- Outer upper thigh (lean area)
