What you are actually buying
If your insurance already covers a branded GLP-1 — Wegovy®, Zepbound® or similar — you may not need us to supply a medication at all. You may just need someone paying attention.
That is what this is. A membership covering the clinical side of a weight program: oversight, monitoring, and plan adjustment. The medication itself comes through your own pharmacy benefit and is billed by that pharmacy, not by us.
It is the least expensive thing we offer, and for a certain group of people it is the most sensible.
Being clear, because this is unusual: you are paying for clinical care, not for medication. The membership covers a named clinician who knows your history and reviews how it is going; monitoring and plan review on the cadence your clinician sets; body-composition and biomarker tracking, so what you are losing is visible rather than assumed; and a route to adjust when something is not working, rather than waiting for your next annual physical.
What it does not cover is the medication. Your pharmacy benefit handles that, and its coverage and pricing are set by your insurer and can change.
A membership that covers the clinical side of a weight program — clinician oversight, monitoring, and plan adjustment — for members who obtain branded GLP-1 medications (such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®) through their own pharmacy benefit. The medication itself is billed separately by that pharmacy.

The honest summary: check your pharmacy benefit before you buy a medication from us. If a branded GLP-1 is covered, this membership is almost certainly the better structure — you get an FDA-approved product through your insurer and pay us only for the part they do not provide. We would rather tell you that than sell you something you could have had covered.
Why oversight is worth paying for separately
A fair question: if the medication is covered and prescribed, why pay anyone for supervision?
Because a prescription and a program are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where most people's results are decided.
Weight loss after 45 costs you muscle unless someone is watching. Any significant weight loss takes lean mass alongside fat, and lean mass is already declining with age. Losing weight quickly without protecting it leaves you lighter, weaker and more fragile — which the scale reports as success. Tracking body composition rather than weight is the difference between knowing that and guessing.
Side effects are the commonest reason people quit, and most are manageable. Nausea and digestive changes often improve with adjustment. Someone reachable when that happens is frequently what determines whether you continue.
A GLP-1 is one input, not the plan. Thyroid function, insulin, sleep and — for many women — the hormonal transition all shape what happens. Measuring first is how those get found rather than assumed.
And there is an ending to plan for. These medications work while you take them. What carries forward is what you built along the way. That is a plan, not a prescription.
Delivery
A monthly membership; visits and monitoring happen on the cadence your clinician sets. The medication is not supplied by us — it is dispensed by your own pharmacy under your benefit and billed by that pharmacy.
Who this is for
People whose insurance already covers a branded GLP-1 but who still want monitoring, plan review and structure. That includes anyone prescribed one by a GP who does not have time for ongoing weight management, anyone who has been on a branded GLP-1 a while and feels unsupervised, and anyone about to start one who wants the surrounding plan to exist from day one. See medical weight loss.
If your insurance does not cover a GLP-1
Then this membership is not the right fit on its own — our semaglutide and tirzepatide options include the medication.
Worth adding either way: a CGM makes your metabolic response visible rather than inferred, a comprehensive lab panel is the baseline behind any plan, and for women in the transition hormone therapy and weight are usually the same conversation.

An honest word on what this does and does not include
This is the one item on our menu that is care rather than a product, so the thing to be unambiguous about is the boundary. The membership fee buys clinician oversight, monitoring, review and tracking. It does not buy medication, and it does not make us your pharmacy — a branded GLP-1 reaches you through your own benefit, is dispensed by your own pharmacy and is billed by them. Their coverage and pricing are set by your insurer and can change, sometimes mid-year, which is worth knowing before you build a budget around it.
Frequently asked questions
No. It covers the clinical care around it — the branded medication is billed by your own pharmacy under your benefit.

Then this membership is not the right fit on its own. Our semaglutide and tirzepatide options include the medication and may work out better for you.
Your prescription and supply run through your own pharmacy benefit. What we provide is the clinical oversight around it — evaluation, monitoring, review and adjustment.
Because a prescription is not a program. Protecting muscle while you lose weight, managing side effects before they end the attempt, and planning for what happens after are what actually determine your result — and none of them are automatic.
Baseline labs and history, body-composition and biomarker tracking rather than weight alone, and review on a cadence your clinician sets.
Yes. Both are common additions — a CGM in particular makes your metabolic response visible rather than inferred.
Coverage and pricing are set by your pharmacy benefit and can change. If that happens, talk to your clinician — moving to one of our other options is a normal conversation rather than starting over.
Through us, yes — it is the lowest-priced item on our menu, because you are only paying for care. Your total cost depends on what your insurer charges for the medication.
